Right on the famed Las Vegas Boulevard, Town Square is an open-air location with shopping, dining, and entertainment. What began as a complex assemblage—including the heirs of Howard Hughes, a government-owned parcel under legal action, a closed hotel/gaming property, and a land leasehold interest under an existing electronics store—yielded a stunning 26-building destination. In this joint venture with Florida-based Turnberry Associates, we managed to develop the central gathering place for this modern city.
