When the market was dominated by custom, Craig Distribution Center (CDC) Phase 1 delivered the first sizeable speculative building in years. This state-of-the-art industrial distribution center delivered Class A buildings that were 100% leased before the last one was complete. Ultimately, CDC became home to household names such as Whirlpool, Sears and GE.
